If it's your first time ordering customised gear, there's no need to worry. The process is quite simple: just share your design with us, and we'll take care of the rest.
Your design can be a name, initials, a meaningful date, or a nature-inspired pattern. You can send us your design as a PDF or PNG file, making it easy to share your ideas with us. If you're using a PNG, we recommend a file size of around 500 KB or larger to help preserve the details and keep your design clear.
We use laser engraving to add your chosen design to the titanium, creating a lasting personal touch that won't fade with washing.
There's no need to place a large order, either. You can start with just one item.

How Customisation Works
A Few Things to Know Before You Design
Ready to create your design? Before getting started, there are just two practical details worth keeping in mind.
The engraving is black.
Our laser engraving process produces black markings rather than colored designs. Simple black-and-white artwork works best, giving your design a clean, clear result that fits naturally with the rugged, outdoors-inspired look of our titanium gear.
The engraving works beautifully on our sandblasted and crystallized titanium finishes.
If you're choosing a colored item, we'd recommend avoiding the black finish, as the black engraving may not stand out as clearly against it.
The available space depends on the shape of the gear.
Not every piece offers the same engraving area. The main limitation is the width rather than the height.
On round items, such as bottles, cookware, and cups, the available width is relatively limited, roughly around the width of our brand name.
For these items, a name, initials, a meaningful date, or a short phrase in a vertical layout will generally work best.
Hip flasks and slim bottles offer more room for personalisation. But if you'd like your design to appear larger, a vertical layout can also help make the most of the available space.

Now, let's get to the fun part: choosing your design. If you're not quite sure what to engrave, here are a few ideas to get you started:

· Coordinates – the location of a favourite trail, campsite, lake, or mountain that holds special memories.

My advice? Keep it personal without making it complicated. Sometimes, a name, a date, or a few meaningful words are all it takes to make a piece of gear feel truly your own.
As each engraved item is made especially for you, we kindly recommend double-checking the spelling, dates, or coordinates before giving us the final green light.

A quick tip when choosing your gear: some products are more suitable for engraving than others.
Due to their shape and size, tumblers, cutlery sets, gas and alcohol stoves, and tent stakes can be tricky to customise. If personalisation is a priority, we'd recommend choosing a different piece of gear.

Give Yourself Time to Order
One last thing to consider is timing. Customised gear takes a little longer to prepare than a standard order. We need to review your design, confirm that it's suitable for engraving, and personalise each item before it's ready to ship.
As a general guide, our engraving time depends on the size of your order:

11–30 items: around 2 days

More than 30 items: 3 days or longer
These are estimated engraving times, so it's worth allowing extra time for design approval and preparation.
If you're planning a gift for a birthday, wedding, Christmas, or another special occasion, we'd recommend getting in touch well ahead of time. This is especially important for group orders, which may need more time for design approval and production.
There's one more thing to keep in mind: all customisation is carried out at our factory, so your order will need to be shipped internationally. You can find more details about delivery times in our shipping policy.
During the holiday season, orders tend to come in thick and fast, so both production and shipping may take longer than usual. If you have a special date in mind, the earlier you get in touch, the better!
