In the event of a refund or return SilverAnt Outdoors follows these protocols ensuring good customer service and continued business. All orders are rigorously tested to meet all standard requirements relevant to the industry standards and to your country. However, should any items in your order be in non-conformance, damaged or any other objection to the product please contact us immediately.
From the date of delivery and confirmation of delivery the buyer must notify us formally of any product objections or damages within 30 days. Upon successful redelivery to SilverAnt Outdoors a refund shall be issued immediately providing the order matches the formal writing stating the reasons for refusal. Also should the buyer alter the delivery in anyway without notifying SilverAnt Outdoors, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
