1. Can I wash the titanium spork in a dishwasher?

👉 For SilverAnt’s products, we advise washing with a non-abrasive cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. If you use an abrasive cloth you will scratch and affect the natural finish of the titanium. The spork can also be washed in the dishwasher too.

2. Can I replace the drawstring bag?

👉 Yes, if you contact our customer service they will be able to help you and send out a replacement bag.

3. What is the finish applied to the sporks? Are they coated?

👉 Initially, all SilverAnt titanium products feature an abrasive sandblasted finish. This process ensures a consistent appearance and eliminates natural titanium discoloration. It's important to note that this sandblasting is not a coating or lining. In polished versions, the titanium is polished after sandblasting.

For anodized variations, color is achieved using electricity and a special solution, resulting from an electrically induced reaction. It's crucial to understand that this is not a coating or lining, although the color may fade over time. At SilverAnt, we never use coatings or linings because they can compromise the integrity of the titanium.

4. Where is the titanium spork manufactured?

👉 SilverAnt designs, produces, and manufactures all our products in China at our own factory. We are a totally independent brand owning our own factory and not purchasing our products from any third parties.

5. How sharp is the spork?

👉 The titanium spork is sharp enough to pick up pieces of meat in a stabbing motion. Nevertheless, the cerated teeth cannot be sharpened so over time they can blunt a little. For camping and hiking trips SilverAnt still recommends carrying an EDC pocket or hunting knife that can be sharpened.
