1. Can I wash the titanium water bottle in a dishwasher?

👉 For SilverAnt’s products, we advise washing with a non-abrasive cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. If you use an abrasive cloth you will scratch and affect the natural finish of the titanium. We advise to not use a dishwasher as the heat can alter the shape and effectiveness of the silicon seal inside the titanium lid. If needed we do offer replacement silicone seals.

2. Can I replace the thermal sleeve?

👉 Yes, if you contact our customer service they will be able to help you and send out a replacement.

3. Is the titanium water bottle compatible with any other lids from Nalgene or similar?

👉 The SilverAnt large titanium water bottle with the wide mouth design is not compatible with Nalgene or Klean water bottles but instead is compatible with CamelBak. Use your water bottle with a CamelBak Eddy and Chute lid. This lid is not sold by SilverAnt but instead is available from CamelBak or another outdoor retailer.

4. What is the finish applied to the water bottle? Is it coated?

👉 All SilverAnt titanium products are given an abrasive sandblasted finish. We do this to give an even look across our products and remove the natural titanium discoloration. This sandblasting is not a coating or lining. SilverAnt will never use a coating or lining as it affects the integrity of the titanium.

5. Where is the titanium water bottle manufactured?

👉 SilverAnt designs, produces, and manufactures all our products in China at our own ISO:9001-2015 certified factory. We are an independent outdoor brand owning our own factory and manufacturing our titanium products.

6. I lost my lid, can I purchase a replacement?

👉 Yes, of course, just send our customer service team an email or shoot over a DM on social media. If you want a plastic lid you can separately purchase the CamelBak Eddy lid too.

7. Can I boil water in this titanium water bottle?

👉 Absolutely, because of the single-wall design boiling water on a stove is very easy. Ensure your stove is very stable before boiling water in the bottle. Never fill to the top with water or boil water with the lid on. Secondly, titanium has very quick heat transfer so the bottle will get very hot. Be careful to avoid burns and scalds. Leave plenty of time for the bottle to cool before picking it up.

8. Does the water bottle have a leak-proof design?

👉 Yes, our titanium water bottle features a leak-proof and secure screw-on lid with a silicon seal, ensuring your bag or belongings stay dry while you're on the go.

9. Is the titanium water bottle suitable for carbonated beverages?

👉 Yes, our water bottle is designed to handle carbonated beverages without any issues. Just be cautious when opening the lid after shaking the bottle to release pressure.

10. Can I customize the water bottle with engravings or logos?

👉 Unfortunately, we currently do not offer custom engravings or logos on the water bottle. However, we continuously evaluate our product offerings, and this may change in the future.

11. Does the water bottle come with a warranty?

👉 Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
