1. Can I wash/clean the titanium multi-fuel alcohol stove?

👉 When cleaning your stove you never want to wash it with water as residual fuel can enter a water supply. To clean use an old rag to thoroughly dry the stove. Never dry when hot after use. Wait until the stove is cool to safely clean.

2. What is the finish applied to the stove? Is it coated?

👉 All SilverAnt titanium products are given an abrasive sandblasted finish. We do this to give an even look across our products and remove the natural titanium discoloration. This sandblasting is not a coating or lining. SilverAnt will never use a coating or lining as it affects the integrity of the titanium.

3. Where is the titanium stove manufactured?

👉 SilverAnt designs, produces, and manufactures all our products in China at our own factory. We are an independent outdoor brand owning our own factory and manufacturing our titanium products.

4. Can I cook with different fuel types using this titanium stove?

👉 Yes, you can cook with alcohol, fuel tabs, or petrol/diesel.

5. Is it possible to replace the cross stand and windshield?

👉 Yes, please send our customer service an email and they can organize replacements.

6. How do I switch stove fuels?

👉 To switch between fuels you firstly want to completely use any fuel left in the titanium stove first. Leave the stove to cool and after it is safe and cool use an old rag to wipe any residual fuel away. Leaving a flame to burn will usually cause all fuel to be spent. Never clean with water as this can cause fuel sources to enter a water supply. After the stove is dry and wiped with a rag switch between fuels.

7. At first, the flame is very high what can I do to reduce this?

👉 Using a liquid fuel type like alcohol or petrol you can pour up to 60ml into the stove using the gradation marks. If the flame is too high with this quantity of fuel wait until the flame dies down a little. Next time when cooking reduce the fuel quantity by half to 30ml. It will take a few uses to gauge the right amount of fuel needed to boil water or cook. While the stove is ignited never top up with further fuel, this is extremely dangerous. Always use precautions and keep a safe distance from the stove when in use.

By pairing it with a windscreen and titanium cross pot stand. You can raise your cooking equipment on a stable platform as well as shelter from the elements. Cook without your flame going out even in the windiest of conditions.

Weighing 96g/3.45 ounces together, it’s simple, ultralight, and insanely effective.

Features of The Best Titanium Alcohol Stoves

Using a titanium alcohol stove enables a distributed flame rather than having one heated area. This means quicker cooking times and even heat distribution. The SilverAnt cross stand is made using titanium, with the windshield made from stainless steel. We used stainless steel for the windshield to ensure a compact and durable product. Roll your windshield up when not in use. To set up form a circle with the windshield and secure using the W-lock design and rivet. Add the cross stand on top of the windshield and place the multi-fuel stove underneath.

The SilverAnt titanium camping stove can be used with multiple fuel sources. You can choose to use alcohol, solid fuel tablets, or petrol. The versatility in fuel sources makes it a functional and robust titanium multi-fuel stove. For those traveling where access to fuel alternatives like gas canisters is limited. A titanium multi-fuel stove is perfect. Use your stove in all seasons and conditions.

Take your titanium multi-fuel backpacking stove and windshield on a 48-hour ultralight hiking trip. Buy this lightweight stove and windshield as a backup on those long expeditions. Or use it as your main cooking stove.

Every SilverAnt titanium stove has internal gradation marks. These are extremely useful for measuring your fuel. With regular use, you will know exactly how much fuel is needed for each cooking task. The safe capacity of the stove is 60ml/2 fl oz of fuel. For cooking the inner titanium design features chambers. This ensures an even distribution of fuel and a balanced flame. To enhance cooking efficiency the titanium stove has small holes which evenly distribute the flame. This prevents a high flame and instead provides a distributed flame. This is great for speedy and efficient cooking.

Note no fuel source is included with this purchase. Please buy separately.

Once you have finished cooking wait for the stove, cross stand, and windshield to cool. Pack the stove, cross stand, and windshield into the drawstring mesh bag. Alternatively nest the complete set inside your titanium cup.

At SilverAnt our team loves the minimalist consumption ethic. We similarly like to buy gear that lasts a lifetime of adventures. When you buy a titanium product from SilverAnt you receive a lifetime warranty. Contact our team for help. We are but an email or DM away.

Awesome!

Using this stove & Silverant 17.6 oz titanium cup with lid, I boiled 16 oz of water in 4 minutes (altitude was 4400 ft). Pretty impressive.

Good But Not Great

One-piece stove (inner and outer chambers cannot be taken apart), windscreen, 2-piece cross bars and padded carry back weigh a total of 4.14 ounces on my digital scale (Stove - 1.54 oz.; cross bars - 1.03 oz.; 3 3/4-inch diameter wind screen - 1.26 oz.; 4x6-inch padded mesh draw string/cord lock carry bag- 0.31 oz. Around 46 bucks (at time of writing), you’re paying a premium for an ultra-light alcohol stove (measuring 2.83 inches wide x 1.70 inches tall with my dial calipers). One problem I have is that the wind screen does not pack flat. As shown in my photos, it’s assembled with a permanent rivet which makes the 3-inch-tall x 3 3/4-inch-diameter something that has to be accommodated outside of the padded carry case (second problem is that carry bag is not the style shown in advertising photo). The flat bag provided could have been further reduced in size/weight to accommodate the 4 5/16-inch-long separating cross bars. Interior fill line rings are stamped for 1 or 2 oz.; 30 or 60 ml. Although argument can be made that having a flame snuff cap is unnecessary for such a small stove, please note that one is not included. I’ll grind out the pop rivet on the wind screen and replace it with a bolt and nut so that it’s easier to pack. In my opinion at this price point, this unit design could be improved upon.

Incredible ultralight stove

I can find no fault with this SILVERANT Titanium Ultralight Alcohol Multifuel Stove With Windshield & Cross Stand. It's titanium, which makes it ultralight and suggests the price if fair if the design is great---and oh my word, it is a perfect design. The stove itself has measurement indents on the inside so you can measure out how much fuel you want to burn. There are both 1 and 2 ounce marks as well as 30 and 60ml. The windbreak comes assembled but can be disassembled to pack flat by simply popping it off the rivet. Just remember how to reassemble; I initially thought I'd broken it! The tabs tuck in each other to provide tension on the rivet. It's a genius design. The cross pot stand is straightforward to assemble/disassemble and super sturdy, far thicker than the windbreak. The only think to watch for is the windbreak edges are a bit sharp, and it does not fit in the carry bag. I was trying to get a good image of the process of disassembling the windbreak when the tension caused it to fly open and actually gave myself a pretty nasty gash on the hand. If I were backpacking at the time, I would have had to pull out my first aid kit, which some ultralight backpackers don't carry at all. Now that I'm aware of this possibility I'm confident I can avoid cutting myself on it in the future. So just something to be mindful of while you handle it. I cannot wait to get this thing on the trail. Excellent product in my assessment so far!

Tough alcohol stove

ve made alcohol stoves before out of aluminum cans and the result has always been functional but in the end sort of delicate. The shape makes them tougher than you'd expect, but ultimately they are still made from thin aluminum which can bend and crush. This is another animal altogether. The titanium is very strong already and the shape gives it extra strength. There are measuring indicators on the inside so you can get more repeatable burn times with your fuel without pre-measuring it. The windshield and cross stand are very useful, but keep in mind they are made from stainless steel, not titanium like the stove and will add some extra weight. The cross stand is quite stable, and the windscreen does a good job. You could probably flatten the windscreen out to help it pack better, but I just put the whole thing in my cookpot. Excellent option for cooking while backpacking. Careful lighting it. The first time I did so it popped and splashed burning alcohol all over my hands. I haven't seen that happen before on any of my previous alcohol stoves.

Ultra light, ultra powerful

This stove is solidly built with titanium and can be used with multiple fuel sources. The windshield and cross stand are functional but I wish the metal was a little thicker. It is very compact and able to fit in my backpack without taking up much space. The item is better than described and works flawlessly. On the inside of the stove are measuring lines to let you know how much alcohol to put in, which comes in very handy. I think it's ideal to be able to have many different fuel options to be able to cook when hiking or camping. I highly recommend this one!
