When I visited Japan, I discovered two types of bowls that were commonly used for ramen: clay and porcelain bowls. However, I found that clay bowls took a long time to cool down and were easy to burn your fingers, while porcelain bowls were slippery and prone to breaking. I started to wonder if there was a better option out there: something that was both durable and quick to cool.
Upon coming back, I began to research and test different materials, eventually leading me to titanium.
